When booking your appointment, a €30 deposit will be required, which will be deducted from your total on the day.
Please note that our cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours' notice—deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within this period.
On the day, you'll have a beautiful selection of Sterling Silver and Gold-Filled chains, charms, and connectors to choose from. If you have a specific charm in mind or prefer 9ct Solid Gold, please contact us at least 7 days before the event via the email below, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
